I need a lot of dental work but I don’t have upfront access to money, are payment plans available?
Yes, payment plans are now available. Approval can take place on the spot, please call reception if you would like more information on this in advance of your appointment.
Some children will have access to bulk billing under the Child Dental Benefit Schedule. Please call us with your Medicare number to see if you or your child are eligible.
Can I use my super to pay for treatment?
The Government strictly manages rules about whether super can be accessed early. The ATO website may assist in providing clarity about whether this would apply to you.
I’ve had my check up and have been told I need some further treatment. What can I expect? Is there anything I can do to prepare?
Depending on the type of treatment, there may be some expected discomfort. Speak to one of our dentists about what you can expect, any pain medication that may be required, and whether you should plan to take some time off to rest post-treatment. As always, it’s a good idea to stop (or at least minimise) smoking before and after treatment.
I need to come to the dentist during work hours, are you able to provide a medical certificate?
Yes, our dentists can provide medical certificates for attending appointments, and to cover people while they are convalescing after treatment.
I need a dentist who speaks another language, is there someone there who can assist?
Dr V (Mac) speaks Tamil and Malay, and one of our dental nurses speaks Mandarin. Our staff have also used Google translate in the past in an emergency!
